Selected papers from ICIL 2016 will be published, with the consent of the authors, in a special volume of Ethics and Information Technology New window (Springer) and the International Journal of Technology Policy and Law New window (Inderscience publishers).

We will also publish all accepted papers, with the consent of the authors, in a separate volume of proceedings, in collaboration with an international publishing house. ICIL does not retain author’s copyrights. Authors can publish their papers at will, but are asked to note that their paper was first presented in ICIL.

ICIL has published proceedings as printed volumes, distributed or given to all ICIL speakers and INSEIT members free of charge, every year since 2009.

A selected list of the 2016 papers will also be published in major journals.

ICIL is proud to announce that in 2016 we host 55 speakers from twenty one different countries and from all five contiments of the world,
