ICIL 2016 Proceedings-Contents
Selected papers from ICIL 2016 will be published, with the consent of the authors, in a special volume of Ethics and Information Technology 
(Springer) and the International Journal of Technology Policy and Law (Inderscience publishers).
We will also publish all accepted papers, with the consent of the authors, in a separate volume of proceedings, in collaboration with an international publishing house. ICIL does not retain author’s copyrights. Authors can publish their papers at will, but are asked to note that their paper was first presented in ICIL.
ICIL has published proceedings as printed volumes, distributed or given to all ICIL speakers and INSEIT members free of charge, every year since 2009.
